The customer experienced a loss of water pressure at their house and engaged leak detection services to locate the source of the issue. Our leak detection experts attended and identified the leak near the driveway and garden edge.
Upon our arrival to repair the leak, we discovered that the leak was deeper under the concrete than initially suspected. To gain better access and facilitate the repair, we removed a small section of concrete. The leak was pinpointed on a 25mm blueline pipe and promptly repaired using new materials.
After completing the repair, we backfilled the area and tidied the site to ensure everything was restored.
